A small fix = a text, photo, hours, or price update, or a minor tweak. New pages and redesigns are quoted separately. The Works' unlimited fixes are fair use: up to 2 fix requests per month. After your plan's free-fix window ends, small fixes are quoted per request — no surprises.

Very little. A short call covers the basics: your services or menu, hours, service area, and any photos you have. No photos? We can work with what your business already has online and tell you exactly what to snap with your phone. We handle the writing and the tech.
It depends on the package and how fast you can send photos and approve drafts — we'll give you a clear timeline before we start, and we build once, in order, instead of dragging through endless drafts. Most of the wait in website projects is feedback, and we keep that part painless.
